Ladies' Lounge

Before

This dark unused room was transformed into a southern inspired "ladies' lounge."

My starting point and inspiration was the clients existing area rug, and I designed the room around it. 

​

Modified shelving and the addition of wallpaper, wainscoting, paint, furniture (new and old), lighting, custom window treatments and the clients artwork and accessories, we succeeded. The pink desk was a thrift store find and I had it painted to match the chairs.

The love seat is a sleeper and this space doubles as a guestroom. Bonus!
